Echo In The Canyon, a documentary about the California music sound in the mid-1960s captures some compelling interviews with big names who laid a musical foundation for generations to come. The film features a short interlude with multiple animated caricatures by Mark Stutzman on a map of the legendary canyon.
The animated sequence led to a poster commission for the film’s Premiere which caught the eye of the International Movie Posters (IMP) Awards panel who selected it as the Best Documentary Poster in 2019.
